WTB: R51, R52, T43, w/Intel graphics and 15" LCD

My wife's beloved T41 has finally developed the dreaded video problem.....so I'm looking for a machine to replace it for her.

Looking for an R51 or R52 or T43 with Intel graphics (no ATI) and a 15" screen.

(would also consider a T60 or T61 with intel-graphics if the price is right)

512mb RAM minimum.

DVD-writer a plus.
