WTB: Dock I 3545-001 internal CD drive

Looking to buy an internal CD drive that will work in a Thinkpad Dock I model 3545-001. The drive needs to be SCSI, 1" tall and ideally have a black face with blue button. May also be compatible with Dock II model 3546-001.
