I have a single stick of PC133 for sale. It is marked as follows;

512MB UNB (unbuffered) PC133 CL3
PO200811104-0847
Low Density SO-DIMM
64M X 64bit
WN# FM121-LW

There are no other markings on the chips. This RAM checks out 100% on memtest86+, but it is not compatible with the Thinkpad T23. I will guarantee compatibility with any other laptop manufacturer, buyer pays return shipping if it is not compatible.

Sure Tom no problem. If you want to experiment with it in an X22 I will refund if it doesn't work.
