I have a single stick of PC133 for sale. It is marked as follows;

512MB UNB (unbuffered) PC133 CL3

Low Density SO-DIMM
64M X 64bit
WN# FM121-LW

There are no other markings on the chips. This RAM checks out 100% on memtest86+, but it is not compatible with the Thinkpad T23. I will guarantee compatibility with any other laptop manufacturer, buyer pays return shipping if it is not compatible.
