UltraBay 2000 Floppy drive FRU 08K9607: Cost of Shipping.
Came with my T23. Sony made drive, works perfectly I just don't need it anymore.
Media Bay Floppy drive for 8x00 Series Inspiron laptops: Cost of Shipping.
Used with my Inspiron 8200. It is compatible with C series Latitude laptops too. Like the drive above, it just isn't needed anymore.

Came with the UltraBay Slim DVD-RW I just bought. Can't find an actual part number or anything however. It's a black case with Thinkpad embroidered in blue on the flap. Also has Lenovo silkscreened on the inside. Includes a CD with the following software: Multimedia Center for Think Offerings 9.05, WinDVD Creator 3.01, WinDVD 5.011 & UDF Reader 9.05.
