NOTE: withdrawn from sale, I'm keeping this laptop.

ThinkPad X60s

This is in very good condition, though the black finish has rubbed off some of the pointy bits of the case. The COA sticker on the underside is a bit natty on the edges. The palm rest is BRAND NEW.

Model-Type: 1702-64M
Core Duo 1.66GHz (L2400)
2GB RAM
80GB SATA hard disk
Intel a/b/g WLAN
Sierra Wireless MC8755 HSDPA WWAN (I believe this is locked to Vodafone; if it is, it can be unlocked with DC-Unlocker)
Bluetooth
Fingerprint Reader
8-cell battery in good condition; 73 cycles, 68.16 Wh (74.88 design) capacity.
WinXP Pro with COA. Recovery partition not present, includes media for a clean OEM XP install.
90W AC Adapter
In warranty (IWS) until 2012-01-23. (this has a 5 year warranty upgrade)

Price: AU$700 shipped anywhere in Australia. NO PAYPAL.
Will consider partial trades of SATA SSD(s) and cash to make up any balance.

If you want a faster WWAN module, for an extra $50 I will include a SIM-unlocked MC8775 card, pre-installed and ready to run.

If interested, please leave a PM.

I am happy to ship internationally at actual postage cost.

Note: if my X40 sells before this one does, I may decide to keep this laptop and pull it from sale.

By the way, should anyone be interested in a barebones config, I can change the spec to pretty much any other memory configuration you desire (0/0.5/1/1.5/2GB), and with or without the hard disk.
