Hey all,

I've been back and forth between MacBook Pros and Thinkpads for several years now, and I'm looking to downgrade from my unibody MBP. Basically I'm trying to get out of debt, and my desktop does 90% of what I need it to. I'm looking for a laptop that will give me basic functionality, and also look as nice as a ThinkPad (with it's slim profile as well).

Curious if anybody has a T60 lying around-- I have extra RAM and I have a hard drive that I will put into it. CPU doesn't really matter to me, but I may just want to watch Hulu on it (I think anything with a CD or C2D should do that).

IPS panel doesn't matter either-- I'm mainly just looking for something stripped down so it will be cheap! I think with this 'downgrade' I will be debt free for the first time in 6 years =)

I watched what looked like in good shape R60e go the other day on eBay for $130, though you never know with eBay. I should have bought it. Granted it was a Celeron, but you can probably pick up a Core Duo for $20. I don't have a notebook to sell you, but good luck in the quest.
