There is a Genuine IBM Warranty until September 03, 2011. This is over 2 years from now.
I have all the Original manuals, box, wires, and additional accessories that come with the laptop.
The Hard Drive has been formatted to a fresh start with Windows 7 Beta, so it is as if you are the first user of the laptop.
