WTB: 2gb RAM stick to fit T60P 2623-DDU; newer low power

howdy folks,
I want to run an experiment on a T60p, to see how much less power, if any, a single 2gb stick uses vs. two 1gb sticks (currently in tp).
So I'd like to buy a single 2gb stick; and preferably a 'low power' model/brand/age... if there is such difference between various 2gb models.
This is part of a series of experiments to achieve the lowest possible power-consumption in T60p's, under controlled conditions which lead to meaningful results.
I will be posting the results in the 60-series thread when they're completed.
PM's take a lot more time over dialup than email does, so...
Please email me directly at; metal@fullwave.com
thanks much!
Richard
