I have a spare UltraBay Slim hard disk drive adapter. It should fit a T40, T41, T42, or T43. $35 + shipping, or make me an offer.

I was going to use it to put a CompactFlash card in my laptop, but I never got around to that.

This will also work in the T60/p ultrabay with PATA drives. In my limited experience, it's actually faster/better insofar as this adapter doesn't require the SATA-PATA bridge conversion that the SATA adapters do (the T60 ultrabay is PATA not SATA)
