The system is about 3 months old. It has about 3 hours of time on it. I'm not sure how to verify this but regardless, its perfect and its as close to new as you can get.

It will ship in the same box that Lenovo shipped it to me in. It will be taped closed as it was at the factory with clear tape, minus the red security printing. I am a bit anal so everything I buy that I intend to keep is opened carefully with a razor blade. I also keep every bit of packaging, bags, twist ties, etc.

Windows 7 will be delivered when its available to Lenovo. Lenovo rep confirmed Friday that I will be receiving my copy of Windows 7 for this system. It will be the version "Windows 7 Professional".

I would be happy to use Bill for escrow if you choose.

I lowered the price by $100.00 to help move this like new laptop/tablet. If I boxed it up, you would now know it was used unless I told you. I will provide the receipt and contact information of the Lenovo rep I purchased it from.

$1,400 is as low as I will go. If I dont sell it at this price I am going to keep it. Its fully loaded with extras, not to mention the best 3 year warranty you can get. It quits working it gets fixed and if you drop it, it gets fixed or replaced.

This notebook is still sitting in the box ready to go. Look over my post carefully. It comes with an extra battery and digitizer pen (you know you will lose one).
