At the suggestion of underclocker, I'm trying to see if it's worth it to sell my very reliable T60 and get a T60p because i'm thinking of upgrading the cpu on my T60
I bought the T60 in 2006. Before it expired, I sent to IBM for service and they have almost changed every important bit in July.
IBM put in
A new CPU fan
A new keyboard
A new LCD and bezel
A new inverter
The LCD is excellent without any dead pixel.
CPU is T2400 Core Duo
2GB ram
100GB 7200 Hitachi HD
DVD/RW Drive (IBM DVD Multi II)
9 cell battery that has around 430 cycles and holds around 3 hours+ fully charged
Fingerprint, 11a/b/g Atheros wifi, bluetooth
Windows XP Pro
What can I get for this much loved machine? As per forum rules, I'll throw in $450+ as a starting price.
