Thinkpad X200s Palm rest assembly with Fingerprint Reader FRU P/N: 44C9671
Used for less than a week (has stickers on, which you may remove if you want).
Pictures here. (the Intel and Windows stickers shown in the pictures have been removed, but I can put them back if you want)

Is it easy for setup ? I have x200s but not included Fingerprint Reader

It's very easy to install. There are instructions here. Perhaps you also need to install some driver.
