Wanted T23 Recovery Disk

Need to locate T23 2647 XP recovery disk, mine is scratched and won't read.
Lenova won't sell me one as serial number for computer shows original OS was 2000- and that is no longer available anyways. The IBM part number on mine is 32P7290. Thanx for any help!!
