Reliability of Intel-based board coupled with the best screen type ever offered on a laptop IMHO is pretty hard to beat, and even harder to find in this generation of ThinkPads. In certain aspects, this is the ultimate T4x.

The machine itself is in excellent condition, with some wear on the lid only. LCD is drop-dead gorgeous. Keyboard and palmrest show next to no wear.

This rare bird will ship with 2GB RAM, and a Fujitsu MHV2120AH (120GB/5400rpm), no "2010 error"

Thank you! We actually kept two of these-one for my wife and one for myself...and they run exceptionally well in my not-so-modest opinion.

Price lowered to $350 due to one pixel-size dust spec that keeps on moving around the LCD, sometimes it's up and sometimes it's down, some days it's visible and it's hidden on the other occasions, weird IPS stuff...

I'll also install a palmrest with fingerprint reader AT NO CHARGE if the prospective buyer so desires.

Is this considered awesome because the Intel graphics doesn't pop off the main board and cause a failure? So although the video performance is lower, you have a much more reliable machine long term? And I assume it's rare because they put the best screen with an integrated graphics set?

This machine sounds like a great alternative to an X32 for portability with a MUCH MUCH better screen. I'd jump on it if I was looking to buy an X32. I avoided T4x because of the system board graphics failures. I have a near mint X32 2GHz if you are interested in a trade. It's pretty fair because this one has another year of on site warranty.

T43 was never "officially" offered with a combination of non-failing Intel GPU board and a 15" FlexView. However, certain corporations were obviously able to order them on a CTO basis. Not something you'll see in any model book...

And that's exactly what makes them rare and different.

X32 is an interesting machine. Feel free to PM me and we'll take it from there.
