[SOLD] FS: X60 12-cell battery (generic) 7.2Ah/14.8V

Sold to forum member. Thanks!
I have an X60 battery I'd like to sell. I bought it from an eBay auction only to realize the X60t is not physically compatible.

I haven't used the battery and it's still in the original packaging. Looks to be a quality generic part, with a ridiculous 7.2Ah providing 106.56Wh.

Looking to get $50 + S&H.

Is it a genuine battery and do you confirm it has 0 cycles on it ?

It is NOT a genuine battery, as stated in the thread title. I also do not have an X60 to test it in (just an X60t which is not compatible).

I have bought numerous non-genuine batteries from this seller, and I have never had ANY issues and all have had 0 or 1 cycle upon first use.

I don't think IBM even offers a 12-cell battery for the X6x series, so non-genuine is probably the only way to go. It sticks out behind the laptop AND goes upwards a bit as well, unlike the 8-cell in my X60t currently. I'd imagine with the 7.2Ah capacity, someone could get some serious work time in on their X-series.

this battery could also be used to start a passenger car in an emergency situation.

I'm just sayin... :SH!:
