How much would you like for it? It would work on the T42p right? I thought they were the same size mostly but on the kensington website it has a massive selection one. Let me know...

Yes, it'll work.

I had to get the Microlock because my black cable didn't fit the Emachines M6805 I had, or the T41P I had. (The barbs hit a wall on the inside of the laptop, and couldn't lock properly)

My black cable does fit in the T42P, so I don't need the grey cable I bought to fit the others.

I spent $20 on it, used only once at a LAN party. How's $15 shipped USPS Priority?

Thanks for the offer but I just found out this morning that my dad (who was pushing me to get one) went ahead and just ordered one for me. Sorry about it. Thanks though-

FWIW my 760ED was locked on a Kensington cable when it was stolen a few years ago. Apparently the thief who broke into our office came equipped with bolt cutters. Still, the cut cable provided proof to our insurers that a theft had occured.

When I sent a letter about this to Kensington they sent me a new cable but only their regrets about the notebook :) I notice that they now include an up-to-$1,500 reimbursement for stolen notebooks that were secured by a MicroSaver.
