WTT: 1gb PC2-6400 for 1gb PC2-4200

I have a 1gb stick of Elpida DDR PC2-6400 RAM that I'd love to trade for a PC2-4200 stick.
I have 1.5gb running on my R51e and am slowly refurbishing this once barebones laptop into my primary desktop for the moment. I tried mixing this with my Corsair PC-4200 and it would not work. Laptop only recognizes 1gb rather than 2gb.
It does work by itself however if anyone has an extra PC2-4200 and is willing to trade please PM me.
