looking to maybe go from my T43 to a T60 so i can put a SXGA on there. anyone have a t60 14" with intel graphics? thanks:)

A 14" T60 with an SXGA+ LCD and Intel graphics was never manufactured by Lenovo.

You know I looked at the 'TA" reference guides and I didn't see a 14" Intel SXGA+ T60 model, then I looked online and found one...just goes to show you that even Lenovo's own reference guides can be wrong. So the answer to your question is yes, you can put an SXGA+ LCD on a 14" Intel T60.

i never knew they made one either. that would be sweet, wouldn't have to mess with changing the displays. i bet they're rare

Well, rare yes... You might be better off buying an XGA model and an SXGA LCD separately and creating your own.

I have one of these. Don't know if Lenovo have made them, I swapped the XGA LCD for a SXGA+ one. Intel GPU and a high res. display is a great combination if you ask me.

Note that if you planned to put the SXGA+ LCD from your T43 into a T60, it WON'T work. You have to use a T60 SXGA+ display in a T60. T4x ones are missing some chips. Check the sticky thread in T6x forum for more info.

They actually did make T60 (and R60) machines with intel graphics and SXGA+. (see model 1953-EZU, for example) I have an R60 right in front of me that will be ready to sell (within a couple of days, as soon as I receive a hard drive cover I have on order) with Intel graphics and a nice SXGA+ screen. I don't have a T60 with intel and SXGA+ right now. (In the spirit of full disclosure, the link Harryc referenced is my eBay ID) I only have one SXGA T60 right now, but it is a more expensive machine with a WWAN card and ATi X1400 video.
