WTB T6X Laptop

Hello. I am looking to purchase a T6X Laptop, that is at least a 2.0ghz dual core, ram of at least 1gig and upgradable and at least 100 gig hd. T60 or 61 and P models is what I am looking for. Screen size I have no preference. Flexible price depending on unit, 250-500 US. Let me know what you have, either on here or private message. Thank you!!!
