Says "Sierra Wireless" on it. I've read that this should work with the Verizon network, but I haven't had any experience with these cards. I pulled it out of the X61s while I was in there changing the WiFi card (from Intel to Atheros).
I've never tried the card myself, but no reason it wouldn't work. $20 shipped within the USA. If it doesn't work, I'll pay for return shipping.
