The rest of the parts are up for grabs. I have no use and I need the cash so...

$12 Keyboard- FRU 08K4729 (NMB keyboard; all keys there, no shiny keys, slight cuts on five keys)
$8 Palmrest bezel (In pristine shape. No scratches, has Centrino/XP stickers, and no cracks)
$3 PCI cover
$3 DIMM cover
$15 Bottom w/ COA (is it okay to include that here?)
$6 Touchpad
$10 15” LCD (has two dark spots in middle right and left side of screen; taken from R51e)
$5 LCD Bezel (intact with no breaks)
$8 Top lid (very good shape. No white lines and very faint scratches)

I'm pretty much selling these as is. The laptop wouldn't power on for me when received so I have no way of testing the keyboard out. I just need to make room and figure someone may need these. The LCD I salvaged from the R40 had arrived in pristine condition. No scratches, marks, or dark/bright spots on it. If that is indicative of the rest of the parts I'm sure they work! It seemed to be just a MOBO problem.

However the LCD I am selling is the one I swapped out of the R51e for replacement. It works and I will sell it for cheap b/c of the two pressure spots. All prices do not include shipping and handling.

Guys and gals I'm still selling these parts. I managed to finagle a laptop for my Dad and Sister so things are working out! However I need moolah these days!

I also have a couple of 512's and 256 DDR2's for sale also. I think these would be good for fillers in soon to be sold Thinkpads. I don't have the time to test all out individually but if someone feels like buying them all in bulk please PM me for more info

Bulk 512's and 256's I'll part with for $12. I'll count how many and come back to edit later.

Oh and an Elpida 1gb DDR2 PC2-6400 is still for sale also. I'll sell that for $12 shipped or a trade for a PC2-4200 DDR2 1gb stick.

A little sidenote the R40 keyboard should be compatible with other models of Thinkpads. I'm not too sure offhand but like I mentioned it is an NMB keyboard. If you've got an ALPS you might like this make better!

What's the P/N for this R40 KB?
Any other part/model numbers on the back of it?
Would it fit on a T30?
If so, I'd like first dibs...

Unfortunately the R40 keyboard will not fit a T30
