FS: 256mb module: PC2700 @ 333mhz ['Hynix' original surplus from my T41 upgrade] $10 + shipping

also, [2] 512mb modules: PC2 4200 DDR @ 533mhz (Samsung): $25 for both or $15 each + shipping
