That will be pretty tough to find because those are barely available in stores any more. You may get lucky with a generic store/etailer discount though.

FWIW, here's some Kingston with a $10 rebate. I normally do not recommend Kingston Value RAM for a Thinkpad because it generally sucks. So buyer beware.

wow... prices have gone up. i last bought two 1GB DDR sticks back in sept 2008 when Fry's had both Corsair and Crucial sticks for $47.99 each, both with a $30 rebate, making them $17.99 each.

the same corsair stick is now $60 before a $20 rebate.
