my friend was looking for a set of t61 disc if still available. my question is are they windows xp. he has vista on it now and hates it. thanks gery

It could only be XP because that was for my T61, which was on XP (I sold it). In fact I've used only XP for all my thinkpads. Richard, the types for which the CDs work are listed in my ad, which does not show 6465, so I'm afraid it might not work for your friend's machine (not sure).
