**SOLD** Gateway Upgrade Windows 7

This is a long shot.
I have an unopened, still sealed Gateway Windows Vista Home Premium upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium that I can't use. There is a COA on the jacket with product key. The 64 bit Gateway with Windows Vista that this was ordered for is no longer available (it's a long story). As far as I can tell, there's no forum for Gateway users. If anyone knows a more appropriate place for this item, please let me know.
If anybody can use this DVD, I'm open to any reasonable offer above the $5.00 that it probably will cost to package and mail it to someone in the US.
