FOUND: WTB: upgrade motherboard for T40

From reading this forum, I understand there are several motherboards from other than T40s that are compatible with my T40 that may have better hardware.
My model/type is 2374-ru6. Looking for a motherboard that has a video chip supporting Windows 7 video capability (i.e. Aero support) that I can still use my current 2GB of RAM and 320GB PATA drive with.
