FS: X61 + X6 Ultrabase with DVD Writer

Hey everyone,

Picked up an X61 locally last month-- I've been familiar with the X-Series, and figured I'd give it another go. While I absolutely love the machine, I can't help but want something that has a better display. I'm kindof media-centric, and would prefer a better picture over the ultraportability of this machine.

In any case, it is a 7675-7KU, and here are the complete specs:

And of course, the UltraBase that includes a DVD-RW drive. I'm including a genuine Windows 7 Ultimate license from my University if you prefer Win7. Additionally, the machine shipped with an AGN Intel WiFi card, which I replaced with a ThinkPad ABG card for OSX86 compatibility. The machine has been up and running OSX86 flawlessly-- everything works nearly perfectly, however battery life is a bit diminished. The 4-cell currently in the machine holds 96% of original capacity. I will include the original 8-cell as well-- this was one of the batteries that Lenovo 'recalled' because it exhibited a problem where it would be unable to charge. They instituted that policy only a few months ago, and I just found out about it last week. Unfortunately, they will not replace it, as it has been over a year since the warranty ran out on the machine. I imagine with a phone call and a bit of time, you would be able to get a replacement for the battery.

I can put up pictures on my next day off-- the keyboard is pristine, and there are no noticeable scratches or chips or anything. Fantastic little computer.
