I have the following 2 memory modules in excess of my need. They are in working condition. I tested them with memtest86+ before pulling them out.

Two 200-pin SO-DIMM DDR2 PC4200 SDRAM modules:
- 1-GB from Smart Modular Technologies using Elpida chips (P/N: 73P3844-A)
- 512-MB from IBM/Lenovo using Micron Technology chips
