WTB Thinkpad T60 Motherboard

Dear Thinkpad community,
Unfortunately after opening up my thinkpad T60 (after start-up problems / windows booting failure), my motherboard died. The power adapter is still working. Even the required voltage is entering the motherboard, but it doesnt respond at all. No leds, no sounds, no nothing.
Because I dont have enough money for a new laptop (and my warrenty just expired), and I'm fairly certain its the motherboard that causes the trouble, I thought I would give it a go over here.
Thinkpad T60 specs:
Product: ThinkPad T60 2007-BF3
Original description: Based on 2007-55G: T2400(1.83GHz), 1.5GB RAM, 100GB 7200rpm HD, 15in 1400x1050 LCD, 128MB ATI Radeon X1400, CDRW/DVDRW, 802.11abg wireless, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Home
Current motherboard:
FRU part #: 41W1368
Mfg part#: 42T5458
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
