It's got 2gb of ram, a new 160gb 5400rpm hard drive that I bought from newegg (so bios shows the non ibm hdd nag) and a sata hdd adapter in the ultrabay so you can add a second hd. The 9c battery is basically just vestigial, lasting no more than 15 minutesg. XP COA is intact, and so are all the other stickers. System is fully functional. I replaced the heatsink & fan with another new one because the old one was starting to make sounds. Now all is good. Ports are tight and all work (I use docked so everything is connected to there).

The mini dock & key is included, as well as the T43p power adapter and the dock power adapter. Dock looks new.

Screen is good and bright, but has couple light grey blemishes that only show up if you look at a blank white screen. Both are the size of a grain of rice but are not continuous blotches more like a group of tiny ones. It does not bother me for regular use.

Aside from the replaced hard drive and fan the rest is stock. I will wipe both drives or install windows 7 professional and then do all the windows updates, I can't find xp cd. I am typing this laptop on windows 7 ultimate right now and it runs photoshop & corel painter, and the speed feels the same, if not better, than it was on xp.

The keyboard had the letters partially faded on like 8 of the keys, but none of them fully faded, just like the corner of a letter etc. Top cover is in good condition with no damage, but the tip of the corner edges are shiny black instead of the matte black from wear.

The screen hinges are tight and the clasp locks when closed.
