With all the bits you are looking for, I'd be happy to sell you a complete, working T23, with built-in wifi.

Thanks for the offer RBS. I am currently rebuilding (2) T23's. One needs a systemboard, and the other needs the wifi setup. If you will sell a wifi t23 barebones PM me a price. No RAM, no hard drive, no battery.
