Yes, I originally bought it with Vista Biz w/ XP Downgrade right. COA is still attached on the bottom. The Restores CDs for XP pro and Vista Biz are originals from Lenovo, not those that you can burn on to blank CDs.

Windows7 pro x64 was purchased later when MS had the student discount for $29.99.
