Possible SL500 for sale

I've got an SL500 (2746-ELU) gently used since Oct. of 2009 that I'm wondering if there is any market for. This machine shipped with Vista Business downgraded to XP Pro. It was included in the Win 7 upgrade and I have since upgraded to Win 7 Pro. I have Lenovo provided recovery discs for both Vista and Win 7 that would be shipped with the machine. I may have the XP recovery media created from within the Thinkvantage software as well. However, if this media restores the system along with any of my software or personal info, it would not be included with the system for obvious reasons. Otherwise, I could possibly wipe and install any or none of the OS provided and send machine ready to use like new (along with recovery media). Power cord and battery included.
Nothing at all wrong with this system, bought to replace a T42 with the graphics chip problem (would love to get a good system board to replace that one too). Was in a business bind at the time and needed a reliable PC quickly and a bit cheaper than the new T or X series. I'd like to upgrade to a more portable system with more horsepower and system options more in line with the new T410 or X301 etc. I'm in a better situation to do that now.
This SL500 has a Western Digital 320gb hd, dvd-RW, 4 USB, card reader, PCI card slot and HDMI. I have used the HDMI port to output to HDTV flawlessly. Windows 7 is an improvement as well. The build quality is good with the SL500. It's not a T, X, or W machine and as long as you know that going in I think there are no surprises. The chassis is solid and the keyboard has the Thinkpad qualities. It does have the glossy top that many purists do not like, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. I wasn't planning to use this machine outside of the office or home much.
Was going to ask $550 plus shipping for this system and wondering if there is any feedback on whether the price is fair or reasonable. The Win 7 OS would cost you $175 alone if you bought new.
Just wondering if anyone might be interested in this system. It would make a great home/student/personal laptop as well as a good business machine in certain areas (as it was somewhat designed for).
