Hello everybody. Last night, my X41 Tablet was going under a bios flash when the most unexpected could happen: A power surge knocked out my computer. Now, its got half a bios (boots to a black, non lit screen), and its my only laptop. I don't have the dough to buy a replacement, so I humbly ask if anybody has an parts X41 tablet board that may be so generous as to donate one, it would be much appreciated. The only thing I can offer is my extensive knowledge on OS X on a Thinkpad for the X41 series, but again I ask, if anybody has any X41 Tablet motherboard for parts or working, please let me know. Thanks for looking,

Well after trying nearly everything possible, I failed in attempting to revive my X41. So, both my T30 and my X41 Tablet are up for sale, both as parts computers, LOTS of good parts here, would be preferable if there is any way I could trade both to get a dual core think pad, if I'm lucky, with discrete graphics. The hard drives alone on these X41 tablets go for 160, and mine is 60GB. So here are the specs on both units:
1. T30
Pentium 4 2.0 Ghz: Cracked LCD, removed the whole thing since the face bezel was cracked up, but the lid is in good shape, so are the hinges.
512MB RAM
40GB Hdd
Ultranav
Keyboard
Intel wifi.
Green battery
Motherboard: Both ram slots work.
Was a really fast system, till the screen gave up on me(it somehow cracked)
Asking 150$ for everything, motherboards are around 100 and might as well throw everything else for 50.
2. X41 Tablet: Killed by a powersurge
1.5GHz Intel Pentium M
1GB Ram (512 onboard, 512 in the dimm)
60GB HDD
Lenovo pen
Perfect LCD
Good keyboard
Almost brand new battery, used only a few times (Extended 8 cell)
Good intel wifi card.
Asking 200:The hard drive is a 160, The lcd is another 100, plus good casing and pen and awesome battery, taking a huge loss on this one (i paid 450).
Both for 350$ (so i can pick up an old dual core thinkpad)
up for trades, but only for an X41 Tablet motherboard or a dual core thinkpad (i don't care how old or what type, just needs to be dual core like a Z61T)
3. also have 1gb ddr2 533 mhz ram (2x512) available.
4. Abit AA8XE motherboard available, opened box once to look , found it was LGA775 not 478, so never used. Best board to use for a Pentium 4 Extreme rig.~ 30$
Pretty much, I need enough to get this:

Cheap, dual core, widescreen, IBM.
Thanks for looking!
