This product has a four year special bid limited warranty and is entitled to parts, labor and on-site repair service. Service is available Monday-Friday, except holidays, with a next business day response objective. Many parts can also be delivered to you using the Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) method.

I've owned this for about 8 months. The screen is flawless. There are some noticeable scratches on the palm rest from sticker removal prior to my ownership, as well as some similar scratches on the lid. There are no cracks or chips in the plastic. One rubber foot is missing from the bottom of the laptop

The laptop was just restored using a copy of the restore discs, which are included. The COA is intact.
