I have three such docks. All are in good working condition. DVD burner is included for the first two!
One comes with 2 original keys, ask for $70 shipped (USPS priority) in the US. (SOLD)
Another one does not have keys, ask for $60 shipped in the US. (Still available)
The third one does not have an optical drive, does not have keys as well. Same USPS priory shipping. (SOLD to a forum member)!
If you buy all three of those, discounts are negotiable!
