I bought this for my W510 then had to send the W510 back for repair.

The W510 is being refunded now, and I'm sadly abandoning Lenovo for this round (other than my x201) and picking up an HP 8740W for my workstation purposes.

So, I don't need to hold onto this (in fact, I need to pick up HP's equivalent).


I paid $60, asking $50.

For an extra $5, I'll throw in an drive cage and screws.

Is this a Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter III. FRU 43N3412 ? Genuine Lenovo part? Knock-off?

Yep. Real deal. I bought a generic back with my W500, but it didn't work with the W510. I had to buy this from Lenovo to get it to work.
