Wanted To Buy: New battery for X22

Mine is completely dead. Has been for a year or so and finally want to get a new one. Is it possible to get a new battery for such an old laptop? I see some new ones on ebay, but I'm not sure who's selling good ones or not.

thinkpad 600x running at 97mhz in slackware linux

thinkpad x22 running 800mhz

Looking at the exterior of X20-24 they seemed identical for all the models, just wondering if it's possible to swap in a X22/23/24...
