FS: a bunch of semi-working T4x parts, UPDATED w/new stuff

#1 Post by ajkula66 » Sun Apr 18, 2010 1:28 pm

Yes, it's workroom clean-out time again...a couple of notes first:

a) Please read the description carefully. Anything and everything listed here is sold with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Most of this stuff can only be useful for people who know what they're doing and have a lot of spare time on their hands.

b) Ask questions if in doubt.

c) Prices have been adjusted to reflect the condition of the items. They do not include shipping.

Motherboards - complete with base, cages etc.:

1) T40 planar, Radeon 9000 GPU. Gives the correct beeps with RAM removed. The fan turns on, lights come up, no video. $11

2) T42 planar, Radeo 9600 GPU. Correct beeps with no RAM installed. Displays and works about 20% of the time with no issues. The other times the fan will come on, as will the lights, but no video followed by various beep sequences. $11

3) T41p planar, Fire GL T2 GPU, classic GPU problem. SOLD

LCD assemblies (all are complete with cable, inverter, wireless and BT antennae, hinges. Average overall condition)

1) T4x 14" SXGA+ LCD, clean screen, bad CCFL. SOLD

2) T4x 14" SXGA + LCD, some keyboard marks (not visible when it's on) and one visible pressure mark. $22

3) T4x 14" SXGA + LCD, one small "hot" spot at the bottom left bordering the bezel, otherwise clean. SOLD

4) T4xp 15" UXGA LCD, the screen is cracked but still displays, good CCFL. SOLD

5) T4x 14" SXGA+ LCD, clean and bright, SOLD

I will be updating as I keep moving on through the stuff. If you need something for T4x machine - large, medium or small - drop me a line, chances are that I have it somewhere.

Trades welcome, as long as you have what I need.

Ok, a really long shot here but if anybody knows it'll be you. Can I use this in a 14" 51e. At this price I will take it. The only thing is I need still need the mb to test. So it won't be soon untill I can test.

I honestly don't have an answer for you, R51e is one of the rare ThinkPads that I'm really not familiar with...

I do have a suggestion, though. PM if you're interested in hearing it... 8)
