I've been using X25-M 160 GB Gen 2 for about 9 months and I ordered a second one which I decided not to use but cannot return. It is in original shipping box as well as retail box. I just received the SSD end of last week. I'll just put your address on the shipping box.
This is the second generation X25-M 160 GB (150 GB usable) 34 nm part with TRIM if you are using Windows 7.
Lenovo uses the 80 GB (75 GB usable) model for Thinkpads but does not sell the 160 GB model.
3 Year Warranty from Intel.
Unit ships day after payment clears.
