WTB: ThinkPad Z61t

Looking to buy a Z61t.

Here's what I need:
core duo or core 2 duo processor
Functional motherboard
Functional display

Here's what I'd like:
Some RAM
A hard drive
A battery
A charger

Here's what doesn't matter to me:
The condition of the case. (I understand that these computers are a few years old and most are well used.)
The resolution of the display. (I don't need the higher res screen. I'll be swapping it eventually anyway)
Any accessories (I won't need any manuals or system disks.)

My budget is between $250-$300
