I have 2 T60 machines with Intel graphics (1951-W22). They come with 1 GB memory, T2400 CoreDuo CPU. They are missing batteries, hard drives and optical drives. No warranty remaining. They come with all the normal internal parts (wireless, modem, touchpad), but no accessories.
