LF: T43/T60 with Intel graphics and 15in screen

Looking for a T43/T60 in good shape with Intel graphics and 15in screen. The last two are a must. Otherwise, I'm very flexible about specs as long as it's in good working condition with a good screen. It does need to have wireless or at least antennas setup. Can live without battery and power supply for T43 but do need them for T60. Price range is under $200 for T43 and under $250 for T60 including shipping. Let me know what you have and the price with shipping in USA.

Update: apparently a 15in screen is required. Either T43 or T60 is fine too. Ad has been updated. Still looking.
