This WWAN Mini PCi-e card was pulled from a S-10. Locked to AT&T. Firmware rev. 1RD06 (most recent version)
HSPA 7.2Mbps DOWNLOAD speed supported (carrier dependent)
GPS enabled.
Win XP & Win 7 driver & mobile boardband manager can be downloaded from Lenovo site.
I can throw in a CD with all the drivers.

Compatible with Thinkpad X200, X301, T400, T500, and ideapad S-10. mobile broadband ready models.
If your TP or S-10 do not have a SIM card holder slot, you can not use this card.

WWAN mini pci-e card + 2 screws only. Antenna cables NOT included.

Do you know if this card can be used with Rogers AT&T in Canada?

Also, it does come with built-in GPS, right?

If you unlock the WWAN card, Rogers SIM will definitely work. I do not know if Rogers SIM will work in its current state.
