Any interest in an imperfect T23?

I was given this by one of my clients, being told "we were going to throw this away, the guy that worked here said it was broken".

I took it home, and found that its DVD drive didn't work, keyboard was missing the lower 3 arrow keys, and the screen booted up red, but after time went away.

I flashed the BIOS (from 1.02 to 1.20), and got bootable USB support, and found it also fixed the DVD drive. So, now all that's an issue is the red tint when screen is turned on, and the keyboard missing the 3 keys (although they still work if you press the areas).

Specs:
T23 2647-4MU
Pentium 3 1.13ghz
256MB RAM (2x128)
20GB 4200RPM HDD
DVD-ROM
Ethernet
Modem
14.1" XGA
Savage 16MB
Battery lasts a bit more than an hour and a half.
COA is for 2000; I'm running XP Pro (and would include a recovery CD and COA, assuming you don't mind it saying Dell).

I'm open to offers or trades.

Do those Dell CD's really work on ThinkPads? Sorry to change the subject, but I've seen dozens of them on eBay (cheap) and avoided them because they probably wouldn't have the right drivers, etc.

How much do you want for the T23? Why did you wait until after I ordered a 600X to sell this? :banghead:
