WTT : X32 2672-KJG for 14" centrino 2
Posted: Mon Jun 07, 2010 2:23 pm
Hi,
I don't need the portability of this X32 (24/7 plugged on my desk) so I was looking to buy a younger thinkpad (mainly centrino2, centrino1 too) on here or ebay.. but maybe (maybe...) someone is interested in an exchange with additional money of course. (or not if it's a centrino1)
Good:
It seems a maxed out British X32, 2Ghz, 2GB ram, Wifi/BT.
Case has no cracks, no chip, no missing part.
I ran a battery test in Dec 2009 it lasted 2 hours (wifi - surf - mp3 - divx full screen on external LCD - 70% lcd brightness) as I said it never leaves the ac adapter.
Additional FR Keyboard (no shine), Thinkpad Port Replicator II.
Bad:
LCD has 3 dead pixels and 1 stuck.
Used UK keyboard with shiny keys.
Unstability on heavy duty (maybe due to heat problems)
-- It's perfectly stable locked at 600Mhz, current settings to avoid damages
I'm mostly sensing the possibility, I can't trade right now ( time to backup and performs lots of tests to confirm the unstability)
Thanks for your time.
edit :
- added config and state infos.
- oops, it wasnt a dock, but only a replicator.
