I have a T23 that is available. Details are
2647-5NU,
PIII-M 1.2GHz (512KB),
128MB RAM, added a 512MB module for total of 640MB
original 48.0GB HDD, upgraded to 80GB Hitachi TravelStar 5400rpm
14.1 SXGA+(1400x1050) TFT LCD,
8x4x24x CD-RW, will include an additional drive, a 'priceless' ultrabay 1.44 floppy drive
802.11b wireless(MPCI), Modem(MPCI), Ethernet(CDC),
IBM Secure Chip, TV out,
Li-Ion battery, green - 55 cycles
Win 2000
Also will include an A/C adapter and a Port Replicator
