Price Check - Thinkpad Blu-ray Burner PATA

I have a Thinkpad blu-ray burner. I was wondering what I could get for it? I have a USB connector that let's work as an external. I was thinking $150, but I don't know if that's unreasonable or if I can get it? If not, I may just hang onto it. It works in the R series up to the R400/R500 and and any of the Z series that use the 12.7mm drive. I believe it also works in the advanced dock as well. Thanks for any help.
