WTB: Thinkpad X200 X200s X201 X201i w/ 1440x900 screen res

As title says, I am looking for a Thinkpad X200/X201 series with screen resolution of 1440 x 900
It can be new/used/refurb, doesn't matter as long as it is in good condition.
The other components don't matter too much, as most of them are upgradable.
LMK what you have and asking price. Seller must be willing to ship to Toronto/Canada.
